Graduate of the Jagiellonian University and Harvard Law School (CopyrightX course). He is registered on the list of legal advisors at the Regional Chamber of Legal Advisors in Krakow and also holds the title of Trademark Attorney granted by the European Union Intellectual Property Office.

Associated with the companies of the JB Property Group Sp. z o.o. capital group since 2013.

As Coordinator of the Team of Legal Advisers, he supervises the implementation of corporate governance principles in the capital group and takes care of legal services.

Graduate of the Jagiellonian University.

She has been with the capital group since 1998. She has gained her experience by coordinating the preparation of investment projects of Super Krak S.A. and by being in the management boards of special purpose vehicles.

She joined JB Property Group in 2017. In August 2018 she was appointed as a proxy of the company.

She is responsible for the development of the group’s projects.

Graduate of the Cracow University of Economics.

From 1997 to June 2017 employed in Super Krak S.A. in managerial positions: Financial Director, Vice President of the Management Board, President of the Management Board.

Vice-President of the Management Board of JB Property Group sp. z o.o. since July 2017.

His tasks include, among others, participation in the supervision of group companies, the coordination of financing processes within the group, participation in the preparation and implementation of the group’s investment programme and moderation of capital and organisational transformations.
