About us

We are a leading company within the capital group that has created an efficient business organisation with a wide range of activities. JB Property Group sp. z o.o. is a company with Polish capital, that includes shares and stock of entities operating in the hotel, catering, recreation and real estate services market. We carry out projects both in Poland and abroad.

The main task of the company is to support the development and coordination of an investment policy within other entities of the capital group. We also work on new projects, which are then carried out by our special purpose companies.

The scope of activities in JB Property Group Sp. z o.o. includes the creation of business models and concepts, feasibility studies, as well as the acquisition of real estate and business partners.

The company’s share capital amounts to PLN 198,028,000.00 and its registered office is in Cracow.
